iwrestledabearonce é uma banda norte-americana Avant garde metal de Shreveport, Louisiana, formada em 2007. Seu estilo musical é considerado experimental metal devido ao seu uso de alterações freqüentes no gênero canções, incluindo jazz, swing, e eletrônica, mas principalmente metalcore. Eles lançaram um EP e um álbum completo, e excursionou com Winds of Plague, The Human Abstract, Greeley Estates, Sea of Treachery e See You Next Tuesday.
